Tire initiations

If police/anyone initiates on your tires but land a shot on you, are you allowed to get out the vehicle and retueb fire aiming to kill as they potebtially tried doing the same to you...(aka self defence)

Even if they hit tyres it’s still a threat to your life, you can get out and return fire.

If they begin to open fire on your vehicle, you are allowed to get out and attempt to kill them, even if they don't hit you.

Only those in the vehicle. Any friends around (not in the vehicle) will have to initiate separately, unless of course you declared them prior to getting in your vehicle via RP.
