Timingout all day?

I keep timing out at random times, it just goes yellow chain, red chain+no message recieved and it makes a timer until it disconnects me out the server? 

this is internet thing is happening on teamspeak too, but there i dont timeout i just cant hear my friend for a split second??

anyone help? this is ruining the experience a lot for me...

reset your router

forget the inferior wireless internet connection, go ethernet

buy better internet, stop hanging about at Mcdonalds for the free WiFi
