so I left a unbanappeal and crumble answeret it and asked me to explain the rules and I did but then he said " Adding two days to the appeal due to bumping" and Im not sure what that means and tittle of that unbanappeal sayes look after 29.1.2016 and now is 30.1.2016 and nothing happened so if someone can explain this to me I would be happy.

When you apply your appeal you answered this: 

Please confirm you understand there is no timeframe for your appeal.[COLOR= rgb(191, 191, 191)]Yes[/COLOR]

There is no timeframe for your appeal so typing things like this " [COLOR= rgb(191, 191, 191)]please tell me so soon than you can that will I be unbanned" in your appeal is classed as bumping it to try and get an answer and we add days to it. I would suggest that you be patient and wait for someone to look at your appeal before making any other posts with  reference to it or it will get denied.[/COLOR]

Means you bumped your topic (by posting a non-related reply) to try and get it seen to quicker. There's no timeframe to ban appeals and you must wait accordingly.
