Time before 2nd server comes oneline

So i read that the second server comes online after the first server has been full for a period of time, what is that period of time?

It will be put up once one of Management are able to get to a computer to do it. Please be patient!

Whenever the community asks support or we/staff deem it necessary to ask for S2/3

I usually do send a pm on teamspeak to a management member and they always open up the server when the others are full...  They're great ?
