Description of what happened: I was in the Red Zone with my Gang when we saw a helicopter we shot at it and fled the area after this we then fled to Arac HQ to collect GPS's to make sure we could locate one another whilst performing our daily activities whilst landing we saw a helicopter land which looked similar to the one before in the Red Zone but we could not be sure due to the numerous helicopters with the same paint job plus they would not know it was us due to them being several hundred meters in the air and not being able to see our faces or even our voices unless meta-gaming played a part in this situation... So we played it safe and minded our own business but stayed on our toes and got ready to enter our Suv to go to our next location when we then took fire from multiple directions into the Suv and butchered my self and others in the car with out a word from there mouths I believe no quality RP is given at all which directly go's against rule 3)B Due to stopping Recording at my death Valera managed to obtain the evidence of his and kid in a box death's as they were the last 2 member's in the suv after i was killed which can be clearly heard and seen.

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes he told me it was okay and no Rules were broken and abruptly ended the conversation to prevent any other resolution past his own opinion So i presumed to prevent conflict with my self and others it would be best for a higher ups Opinion and this looks awful to me

I have asked permission from Jamz to post here on Wolfs behalf as I was involved directly with the situation earlier today and spent a lot of time trying to resolve it.

As you can see in the video you shoot at our helicopter then jump in it and take off, we landed down the hill and noticed that you had taken off so I lifted the helicopter of ours up again and proceeded to follow you, at this point you fled out of the red zone.

Just because you shot at us then left the red zone doesn't mean you're safe if that was the case then surely you're just doing the same as fleeing to a green zone to avoid being killed but exploiting the fact you're leaving the red zone and unable to be shot, many times before this I have been involved in situations like this one in which combat has continued out of the red zone, shooting at us within it is as good initiating on your part and you should be ready to face the consequences.

I will mention we spent about 30 minutes speaking with different mentors about this and I do believe this was even taken to the senior admin whatsapp chat, saying that Wolf abruptly ended trying to solve this is quite unfair considering him and myself spent the time to try and sort it out.

Before this situation today I have had it clarified by admins that if combat does start in the red zone it is free to continue out of it if one of the parties does leave the zone.

Thank you for your Post Ben but i would like to say that Wolf made no Solid Effort and had a very Poor Attitude to my Concern this is why i have put this on the forums for a higher up to tell me and Decide on this Situation thank you for your time Ben its nice to see this Positive and mature Attitude now this is on the Forum's Unlike the one i encountered on TS

You started shooting at them, they followed you all the way, not letting you out of their sight, so I would not say they had to initiate again.
