Description of what happened: arrived to assist a unit. Got VDMed by a car, tried to shoot at his tires then stanley randomly shot me in the back with no RP.

Hello,

I was in the root of the situation which lead to Stanley shooting this officer therefore consider myself involved and will be posting on Stanleys behalf.

The situation in this video was an ongoing combat situation with the Police and SPC Busterguy was a responding officer as you can see in this screenshot

There is an Suv, I am in that Suv and my friends had been attempting to break me out, this was an ongoing situation that had lasted from my gang being at weed processor and ended up stretching into Kavala with my gang mates attempting to get me out multiple times before the car was finally stopped here.

From the way you're talking in the video I can also tell you're quite aware that there is a combat situation going on around here so backup was obviously called, it's not the other parties problem if the communications are not up to scratch in the Police and you aren't told all the information about situations going on that you're responding to, before you arrived multiple shots had been fired from us and I think you should have made more of an effort to contact someone else involved if you were unable to get a response from Stanley as he has not broke any rules here and it is in fact the Police communications that are at fault, I have been in the Police and sometimes there are situations that you respond to and do not have all the information and it turns out that something is already going down that you're unaware off.

I don't have any evidence to backup my claims that this was an ongoing situation but I remember multiple officers from weed processor that will be able to tell you that it's quite possible that this situation stemmed from what happened there.

 You can even hear an officer asking for cover while he repairs his vehicle around 50 seconds into the video you provided.

I would also like to add in the video you provided you broke Rule 6 by shooting into the Greenzone at 0:54 in your video.

The whole situation was ongoing from the weed processor and was brought into Kavala when [TI] Ben was put in a car in an attempt to get him back to the police station and sent to prison.

In regards to me breaking rule 6,

it also states that "However Green zones are not safe havens, if you are chased into one by the Police they will taze and arrest you."

As the green zone does not start untill the fish market and i was also stood by the bridge which is around 100m outside of the green zone i dont think that applies.

When i arrived it was unclear if demands had already been made or not. But as the rdm rule states "Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play"

This was not quality role play.

You could of easly told us to put our hands on our heads and drop out weapons. There was only two of use. There was no need to kill us in my opinion as we never shot towards or were given any demands.

It does say the green zones are not safe havens and yes you may taze, but you were shooting lethal rounds into the green zone it doesn't matter where the car was at the time you had no control of what you were shooting you just continued to mindlessly spray down the strip which would have resulted in bullets landing in there what would you have done if it hit a random civilian and killed them in the green zone.

You expect quality role play but the role play was already ongoing as I said with the Police trying to get me back to get me back to the station from the ongoing situation from the weed processor,  the way you've put things here is you implying you would like every rebel to individually engage role play with each officer involved in the situation you as a Police force are a group just like gangs are groups.

If you arrived to a situation in which officers are getting shot at would you individually go up and engage in your "Quality role play"  with each different rebel who is firing shots at you?

Anyway this doesn't need to continue into a forum argument all evidence has been provided and both parties have explained their sides so I believe there is nothing left but to leave the admins to make their decision.
