I never made a threat towards him, he did not know what he did wrong in calling me a "trans fuck" as i had 0 idea who it was on ts3 i used In-game chat

  • I asked him what was wrong with trans when he called me a "trans fuck"
  • I asked him to tone it down (stop insulting me out of RP)
  • He then does it again after i had asked him, i then ended the "talk" in a rather harsh way due to i was angry and alot has gone on.

I could not find him on ts3 at all i have 0 idea who it was, so i used chat, we were in the middle of no where, the 3 who were not us all knew each other i did not disrupt anyone's RP by this.
 
We are in the middle of no where it's 5am. I never made a threat towards him, i simply informed him that the "talk" was over. I even tried to contract him again to which i go "you were a bush..."

So i was called a trans fuck in-game this is not enough then, they use it to try and not make me report him. Also as you can see the threat which has been reported by someone else. 
 
1:Threatening to use evidence to ban people when it suits you = Punishment

2: Holding evidence back for days/weeks until it suits to to use it = Punishment

It may not be obvious to some people but if you look at it like this, they are pointing out what will happen if i report him therefor it's a threat.

I'm not going to sit back and let people call me a "Trans fuck".
 
 I got bullied by a player, after alot of warnings he still continued. I did not know what was his name on teamspeak, therefore i could not contact him. There was no reason to contact him through phone,as i warned him multiple times already and he still continued to bully me. So i wrote in direct chat (Which is not RP in the first place as this is a mic only server) that i will be reporting the bullying on the forums to the admins, as he did break rule #1. The reason i wrote it in ingame is because i had no idea who he was on teamspeak, and by writing in it the chat i only made him aware that he is being reported, so he can make his case in time. I did not threat to report him, threats are something you do if they dont comply. I had the full intention to report him. 
 
While reporting him, SPC Endrogen contacted me on teamspeak, and threatened me that if i report that player, he will make a counter report on me. That is THREATENING. 
 
Now someone else reported SPC Endrogen for threatening. You dont need to be Einstein to put 1+1 together, when a CSI reports you back. 
 
Short: I reported a player because he kept calling me a trans and insulting me. Now im being reported back by a CSI of the police, and i cant do anything but think, if they hate some hate against me because of my sexual orientation. (to the matter of fact i am indeed transgender, the fact i have to sit here and explain this is just beyond me.)
 
This is a adult community, and i did not expect this, especially not from someone like CSI Fuel. (mentor)

Denied - This is being the result of something thats for me "Verbal Abuse" - 06/05/15

Side Note: IF this keeps on happening I will not let you off with Shannon. This time it's because of a sensitive matter.
