Hello!

Let me start off with saying that Im very suprised to find out I was banned this morning. As I have done nothing against the server rules.

I Had RP'd with the party bus by the garage, asking them If we could party with them. They said something like no wankers allowed (cant remember exactly what they said) So I told the rest of the denied partygooers that no one parties without us, and so we lay and wait to ambush them, Telling them to shoot the tires if they don't stop the car. When they leave you can clearly hear me plead for them to stop the car. They then accelerate, So I fire at the TIRES and only the tires.

One of the guys I was with at the time unfortunately missunderstood the situation/rules and started killing the guys in the back off the van. Why am i being banned for his mistake ?

I did NOT RDM anyone or even kill anyone in the video. and was RPing and following rules during this entire incident. The proof is in the video.

Please copy and paste the rule you broke: I combed thru the rules for the 20th time and can not find a rule that was broken, Not to say rules weren't broken during the incident but certainly not by me.

*Ambushing a vehicle coming from the safe zone is not in the rules.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance:

As stated above I did not break any of the server rules and feel that I'm being punished for someone elses mistake.

At all times I respect and follow server rules. And the video provided does not show otherwise

Hopefully you will reconsider your decision as I do love the server and the community.

Hello Mr Petersson,

Banning you was a hard decision, and I had to go through the evidence multiple times before making a decision. 

I'll state that camping a greenzone isn't against the rules, but it kind of makes the greenzone pointless. 

I've been speaking with Vladic Ka, and he's agreed to support me in the process of unbanning you.

The evidence shows you didn't RDM as you killed no-one, but you were with the people that did, and you admit to opening fire on the vehicle the second it left the greenzone..... I spoke to other people involved in the incident, and they were confused as to why they were being killed.

You are therefore unbanned, however, I give strict advise to be careful on who you chose as gun-buddies. Where you disable the vehicle, they were out to kill.
