Description of what happened: As shown in the video, we were forcefully stopped by several hatchback sports for no apparent roleplay reason, my friend was then shot before he got out of the car and was body glitch/looted by [TI] Peppie
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Body Glitching [00:45] / Using a vehicle as a weapon [00:10] / Maybe RDM [00:22]

I broke RP after several rules where broken and I was tired of it, it was not included in my video as it had nothing to do with this ban report. -- My break RP was simply me stating your rule breaking as well, which was immediately met by a hail of bullets from you and your friends if you would like me to include that part of the video as well.

 First of all i wasnt driving the car that crashed into you but... the car was driving by the side of you and u turned into it, secondly you were told to get out of the can you sat there for ages as we repetedly told you to get out so we shot 1 of you......thirdly never body glitched you i pulled you out of the car and took your pistol i never bodyglitched as you can clearly see in the video....... for further reference please dont cut the ending of your videos as the rest of the video shows you shouting something along the lines of "you just body glitched im reporting you and getting you banned" (not exactly sure) also do not try to blackmail me into comping you by saying if you do not comp me i will report you

That isnt blackmail. Thats called trying to resolve with you, please post the recorded messages that I sent if they are blackmail. This ban report is not mainly directed at you, it is also directed towards your friends who clearly used there cars on purposely to crash into us. Now your also admitting that you body glitched my friend to steal his rifle, not pistol, as clearly shown in the video. I would prefer to stop arguing with you on this thread and speak with an admin and let them make there decision. Thanks.

The RDM claim, it's Borderline.

This is a message to TI, and anyone else for that matter;
The passenger was killed in that car WAY TOO QUICKLY, a warning is now being issued to those involved, but what if the door was locked when they told him to get out? what if he was lagging a little before getting out (see person moon-walking in video)?

You cant RP from inside a car to outside, the sound doesn't work, it's either too quiet, sounds 400m behind you, or you hear nothing at all (and rarely, you do hear....). Give them time to get out, issue more threats.

More Warning shots.... but give them a chance to get out and talk before shooting them...

As for the looting claim;

its not glitching to pick up the gun.

No ban's issued at this time, but I've spoken to Kieron, He was very close to a ban on this one.
