Time & Date this happened: About 12:30 UK time I think, it's hard to remember. 
 
Which Server did this happen on: Server 1 
 
Description of what happened: We saw a guy with an illegal firearm out, we told him to put it away. He refused to do it, and walked back to his friend's vehicle. My PC decided to shoot at his tire when they started driving away, they stopped about 100m away, and shot back at us. My PC had died, and I was like: ''What can I do''? So I decided to put my hands up, and about four seconds later I still got shot, while being in the put your hands up animation. He is telling me that he couldn't see it through the scope, but I find this poor RP & RDM.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, I still felt like reporting him since we didn't come up to a conclusion. I just find it poor roleplay, rdm.

Didn't realise you were reporting that.

I will also be taking this to the PCC with both you and the police constable.

If you see where I am down the street, i can hardly see you but i see you stand up and i killed you - didnt see you put your hands up or could hardly see you. 

End of the day you shot at us first, and i will be taking you and the PC to the PCC.

My PC made a big mistake by shooting towards your tires, I actually said right after that: You're actually not allowed to do that. But okay, if you feel like bringing it to a PCC, feel free to.

Come on, your colleague shoot at his tires, thereby initiating. I presume it is Ovenomz calling TI "cunts" aswell? I'd be very careful about swearing at other players, however I realize it may have been a heat of the moment thing.

There is also no way for them to know you were gonna put your hands up. And you were behind an obstacle.

I've seen a few reports about you lately though, Dylan. Even though you haven't broken any rules in any of them, it might be a good idea to avoid firefights for a while.
