Description of what happened:
I was at paros just walking around than i saw a guy just shot on me but if you can see on the video i had my gun holstered and there was no thread for him to shoot me.
And it wasn't the first time that TI shot us without a reason because both of my friends died in paros to without RP.
even if its a warzone you see that im running back in town and not towards the gun fight,
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
 Yes but he said that it was a warzone but i was walking out the warzone when i saw a guy and then he shot me like 20 times.

you know that there was a gunfight over there. why ran to it? you could know you would get shot.

 
you kidding me? so you shouldn't kill people running with a masive gun around what could kill you later on

RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.

 
Once again I see the same names popping up in threads providing opinions and not facts.

This one is a shame, I'm very fond of Ti and we've had some great times together, however unless any evidence can be provided proving this is an active battlefield, there's little more to say.

There's little to no threat to Mountain here, there's ample time and space offered to provide a command such as hands on your head or to drop the weapon, yet nothing, not even when eddylane continues to say there's no threat. I would be careful however eddy, although it may very well be an RDM attack, I'd suggest something more within role play.

Ultimately it resides down to a server admin, but I'd suggest gathering any evidence of a firefight prior to the incident.

I can upload my PoV of the firefight if needed, which I will upload ASAP.

I would also like to add that the person who posted this video is using a ZAFIR which is now against server rules to use because it has been removed, they were removed with the 8pm restart on Monday so why does he still have it? spawned in? exploited to keep possession of it?

I will also add that the person who made this report did not say anything in direct chat until after he had taken shots and was talking in the wrong chat at the start of the incident and was also breaking role play by saying "don't rdm" as well as using the Zafir which I already mentioned.

let's stop post anything on it from both sides and let an admin take care over  the situation.

 
"Dude! Stop RDM'ng x5" sorry Eddy but saying this will result in a ban yourself? Not sure about this but I thought saying this was bannable?

i wanted to sell it because its no use for it if i had a chanche to get my hatchback sport out yea.... would be nice mate... but no you guys had a firefight over there so yea.... i runned away

for what trying to interact with him and saying that rdm is bannable offense.... because its a server rule.?

and i didn't even said it in direct XD tried to..

3C) Out of character questions need to be written in the chat, in order to not interrupt the roleplay on the server. 
 
3D) Shouting "I AM GOING TO REPORT YOU ON FORUMS" ingame is not allowed. RP is destroyed in this event.
 
3E) Discussing bans or any other issues that interrupt the players from the gameplay will result in a ban.

Why are you all jumping on eddy when mountain was the one who RDMed? He would never had to say that if mountain followed rules.

Leave it to Admin.

RP was already destroyed when he randomly shot on me so if im gonna type i need to stand still so thats a kill for sure.

i probably was pretty stupid to say it tough i know after the vid i was like im a dumb ass

 
i agree with eddie here just not 10mins ago they were rdming outside piers kitching, i have a lot of witnesses Fuel, Dentibus, Noddy, Calvin and Voltz, theyve been shooting people out of helicopter without messages and there will be a forum video posted up later tonighjt by one of the naes mentioned above, and then they came into our police chat and said we would be banned for NLR when it had been over 20mins since our last death
