TI Jay BankRobbinson TI Ben TI Rambo Shooting inside the greenzone/Poor RP/Threatening someone

Description of what happened: Their was a lot of shots near the Vehicle garage in Kavala we attend the scene to deal with it and find nothing but an SUV driving without wheels, Then TI Jay BankRobbingson comes from behind us and starts shouting put youre hands up, at the point we are in the greenzone, he pulls out his Pistol and starts shooting in the air, so we have to stop him I ask him to stop he continues so I taze and restrain him, we instantly without warning get shot at from the construction building we are still in the green zone, by TI Ben and TI Rambo, I have the screenshot of our chat which confirms it was Ben and Rambo shooting us, I run with TI Jay to the police HQ, I do go through 2 green zones but not to exploit the server rules but to use the building to save my life, as I was already in the green zone when this was initiated.
 
Once I had processed TI Jay I receive a screen shot of a chat from one of the officers who was contacted by TI Ben who threatens him swears at him and breaks Rule 1 Adult Community.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
 
[SIZE=medium]6A) You are unable to kill anyone in a green zone (Punishment is a ban)[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]6C) Weapons must be holstered inside green and blue zones at all times.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]1C) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and punished by a ban[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]1E) Any threat to any person or the community a ban will be issued and depending on the context of the threat we will fully assist the UK police with their enquires.[/SIZE]
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes I had a discussion with TI Ben which went litterally knowhere, I had a chat with TI Rambo which went the same way
 
I also received multiple accusations of breaking [SIZE=medium]6F) If you are in active combat you are unable to run into the green zone to avoid being killed/robbed (Punishment is a ban) [/SIZE]
 
But I was initiated on while I was in a green zone shot at while I was in a green zone.

[SIZE=medium]Once again another report upon me from CSI Fuel who has no sufficient evidence regarding any of these accusations. I will now explain all of them. I am getting sick and tired of being reported by this mentor who doesnt try and resolve any of this with me and reports me for stuff other people have done. I feel harassed and threatened by this member of the community. I am scared to play incase of getting reported for bogus reports.

I never nor did any of my gang members kill anyone inside a green zone as we didnt even have a view of this greenzone from the construction building and there is no evidence to this.

Myself and ben was never inside a greenzone/bluezone as we was on the construction building and Jay has a video to show he is infact on the edge of the greenzone not insde it. Very close but not actually in it.

I nor anyone of my gang members swore out of roleplay and if you are accusing ben by saying (Bullshit) i dont believe that is offensive to anyone as this is an adult community.

Admin Shadow already spoke to ben about this, it was not a threat it was advice to tampax regarding an incident earlier in the day involving Ross that he does not want to end up out of the police so he needs to watch himself.

Like i said not inside the greenzone no. I never had a view of it nor any of the officers inside it, You went through into the greenzone near kavala and i did not take the shot as i didnt know where the greenzone started.

As you can clearly see me and ben have no visual on the greenzone

As all the other accusations are in fact incorrect and show no evidence to prove otherwise I will move onto the accusations on me.

I messaged Tampax after I died obviously very frustrated as I was intentionally VDMd then shot while in the script and then shot lethally while rubber bulleted.

Me telling Tampax he doesn't want to end up like Ross wasn't meant as any sort of threat towards him it was just advice because Ross got removed from the force for exactly the same thing as much as I didn't intend to get Ross removed yesterday when I made the complaint.

I was advising Tampax that an officer had been removed for that and so could he.

If me saying bullshit is what the Rule 1C) report is for then it should be Tampax reporting me if he is ever so offended about what I said not CSI Fuel.

On top of that I had already spoken to The Shadow (Adam) In teamspeak about what I said afterwards and I thought it was resolved if there was an issue then Tampax was free to message me about it I had no problem with that, CSI Fuel taking matters into his own hands here once again and reporting me as a 3rd party is unacceptable especially when his evidence is from a private chatlog between me and Tampax.

I will risk a warning point in order to help admins out, by clarifying that the screenshot posted by TI Rambo was taken at the 2:24 mark in McLovin's video:

Edit:

In fuel's video around the 0:22 mark, he runs around the side of the garage (still greenzone). In the screenshot provided by Rambo, it clearly shows he has a shot, the time-stamps correlate, and the positioning is also a match.

But either way my Report on you stands also says Poor RP in the title, sending someone to shoot in the air in the green zone so we have to do some thing so you can shoot police is no form of RP

 
We sent jay to initiate on you guys as you can see from our POV we didnt know you was in green zone its upto him to wait until your out and initiate on you then. We didn't want to kill you we thought you had a hunter as we had seen you earlier at the HM Treasury with it and that's what we intended to take.

 
I think all the evidence is provided here so unless anybody else has any evidence it can be left for the admins

Because from my PoV what happened to me was an absolute joke if I am ever in that situation in which someone is VDMd I would obviously have the respect to stop shooting them and let them move on before doing what you did I continued to take lethal shots while I was on the ground and was then killed by you while I was knocked out from rubber bullets.

So yes what you did to me was an absolute joke and if that's what you pride yourself on doing while in the Police force you do need to sort your self out so that doesn't happen again.

If you actually watch the video, at 4:18, You are never actually knocked out. The animation does not play for us which is why I killed you. If you had been rubber bulleted I would have ran over and restrained you. Simple as.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eJfMTa61vtg&feature=youtu.be

 
Sorry for more comments, but can we have the video inwhich those screenshots came from, i presume this as there is no chance that you took that screenshot at the oppertune moment. Sorry if this a false accusation.
