Description of what happened: After a fierce fight with a rebel gang we managed to recover our stolen hunter and eliminate all but 1 rebel which we took into custody. We restrained him fixed the vehicle (Hunter) and continued to head back to Kavala HQ. The fight happened about 5-10 minutes before the video actually started recording so RP had ended along while ago, at around 9:00 in the video you will see a hummingbird flying in and after that we take shots bare in mind this is around 25 minutes after RP had finished. No RP was initiated we take multiple shots from the Hummingbird at this point I was told it was TI Ben. We continued to move into kavala and was engaged as we was just about to enter the blue zone we took it as we had already been victims of RDM. So we continued to enter the blue zone and I jumped on teamspeak to deal with what happened.

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

We continued to talk through the night about the situation we even had Oli Ludwig in the channel trying to talk it out because TI Ben had asked him to try and solve the situation to no avail. TI Ben then jumped into the room when we agreed that we could come to an agreement he came in and said he had nothing more to say. His defence at the following allegations are that the rebel in custody having his GPS was enough for him to take shots at the hunters wheels 25minutes after RP had been initiated and his rebel members where killed.

I would also like to add if it was the police in the chopper and rebels in the hunters it would be a different situation, You have no idea where you are shooting at the hunter when flying in a chopper shooting from the sides as its very hard to do so. If one of your bullets had penetrated the vehicle windows or doors you could have seriously injured/killed your friend or an officer with no value for life.

If shooting at the wheels of an armored vehicle is RDM especially when I wasn't the one shooting then what is it classed as when you open up on Rebel Ifrits / 50. Offroads on sight?

Because if this is RDM then I have a LOT of footage I need to upload of Police opening up on our mrap variant.

Im going to reply and then leave it for the admins, as i said your shooting from a moving helicopter and have not got a stable enough shot to accurately hit the wheels, you had no value for life as your bullets could have missed and hit anyone of us. We have orders to shoot at armored vehicles as it is classed as a threat. We spoke to Oli to ask you who was the shooter but we had no reply. You was attempting to land the chopper in front of us in the road until we turned around and then at that point you followed and continued to take shots. We did try to resolve this situation in TS multiple times but you kept closing the chat on me. refused to say anything once we was in a channel together where you could of told us who the shooter was.

If you're really going to bring value of life into this then I have a lot more I can upload apart from you opening up on Ifrits.

"We have orders"  If you're saying you have orders to unload on armored vehicles then I had an order to fly the helicopter and unload on your own Hunter, Your Police orders are not above the server rules so get it out of your head.

There was nothing to be resolved in TS.

This report just continues to show the personal hate the majority of the Police force have for rebel gangs, you complain when you win you complain when you lose, and trying to get through to yourself, Rambo is like trying to get blood out of a stone.

We had one of your guys after we had killed the rest of them 25minutes earlier. In my opinion you cannot engage our Hunter 25minutes later because of the suspected GPS when you wasnt even at the scene of the fight.

You did not issue any compliance only with bullets to the hunter.

I don't really understand the problem here. At the end of the day you had a rebel with apparently a gps (witch you should take off him if you did not) There was a known TI suv behind you witch you lost sight of... who said the suv lost sight of you. You then got found and they tried to take out your hunter. They failed. You run for the station witch is totally fine no problem with going to the police station. You get your tires blown and you start taking shots from the friends of the man you have in handcuffs/ in your hunter/ the people who had followed and shot at you 2 min ago. They kill a officer and you kill them and get him safely to the station. And it was not in the blue zone. Il ban people if its a clear bannable offence weather it be rebel,cop,nhs....i dont care. But this comes across to me as nit picking sorry. You succeeded! You got your man yes there was some resistance but that's to be expected. Coming from someone who played as a cop for 6 months then rebel then head of the UNMC and then back to cop i see no issue with this. I dont want to have to ban at every singe point. Rejected
