Description of what happened: The sexy police rolled up to the Kavala Gas Station where this man was robbing it because he got the wrong type of Jam. Lopez fired through the window and tazed him. He immediately said that we were surrounded, Before he said that Booker ran around the back and when he started counting Booker took shots and was killed by Ben.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

I tried to speak to Voltz on teamspeak about what went on at the gas station and I got this response

So let me explain, PrincessShannon issued warnings inside the gas station after the warnings are issued I see Booker running out from in front of the gas station armed with an automatic rifle as far as I know from that they failed to comply with the order given and he ran out to get into a better position so I reacted because of this rule 
 
3H) Restraining & Zipties
 
If you have been restrained or Ziptied you are no longer able to use any communication to contact your friends or gang members, This includes: group chat/teamspeak/skype or any other way of communication.

 
I don't have any idea what's going on inside the building I can just hear the warning given then the officer running outside into a better position.
 
Technically as soon as you tazed him inside the gas station the role play was already engaged and that was a hostile action from yourselves and I could have shot to defend him either way.

Ok, after Princess was restrained I went towards our car to drive it over (parked in the interception towards agios, you can see me run there) before we got any warning about "you got x seconds.." as you can hear, when princess start at 1 second, im being shot upon.

Why does it matter if you have had 4 - 5 people talk to you today, it would have taken you 3 minutes to speak to me in Teamspeak about it, just because you have had issues with others the same day doesn't mean you have to refuse to speak to me.

Rifle, Pistol, Tazer, the point I am trying to make is that you were running away from the situation after being warned that you would be fired upon if I was given the order that you were given I wouldn't run out into the open with a firearm.

most of what i was going to say has been said, but my internet went for about 15 secs i D/C'd from ts3 i came back in cuffs (i'm 100% fine with this <3) the fact was everyone was on edge due to they had 0 idea what was going on, when i was in cuffs i did not talk on ts3 i started to count down from about 3 then 5 (i was confused  due to coming back after my internet had a fit) everyone was confused and so on Booker ran and ben shot, it was a heated moment and a stressful one, because they lost comms with me and so on.

• I said don't enter my front doors or you will be shot/die
• I D/C'd then they went in and cuffed me , (in RP this is 100% fine with me the person with a gun aiming it at a civ, stops aiming so they get him in cuffs, <3)
• When i was tazed they shot me and entered the building two RP situations started
• I started to count up to 3 then i re started at counting up to 5 (i was still confused what was going on >.&lt
• Booker ran as soon as i warned them
• Ben shot him due to him running two cops compiled the other did not so he was shot
• Then all hell broke loose shooting pew pew as it goes.
• The End.

I must admit, it seems this whole thing is my fault, if my internet did not go off and i kept on talking the, RP would have carried on.

EDIT: you can see on the vid i was losing connection just to confirm i did drop out for 15~ secs (at second 48)

You tazed him, they shoot back. You started the RP i dont see how this is RDM. This is some kind of vendetta that most of the cops have on TKC.

But okej Voltzy, let me explain in your own words on this report here you defended your friend from a clear RDM. Im going to use your words on this report.

You were holding their gang mate,you tazed him so the RP was initiated, if Ben tought you were hostile towards him he has the right to take you out.

Or does police have special rules when they are allowed to RDM without consequences?

and a tazer is a silent weapon, unless they are physically watching (or reading the text at the bottom left) They wouldn't know what's happening.

 - Also what point does "Peach Jam" become a warning about killing if you are captured?

 - You stated not to come in the garage.....

 - Yes, your connection went down the drain... but in this time, you were tased and restrained, so you start asking " that was a f**ked idea" you have 3 seconds to unrestrain me

     = 3, c'mon officers, 5 seconds... bang bang bang bang....

If you actually ROLE PLAYED after being caught, you'd probably been given a ticket and let go... Hell, they even unrestrained you... when those bullets shot, I wouldn't have.... So where is the need to shoot in this? where's the "Officer's I'm not alone, you have 5 seconds or my partner will kill you" any warning, all they hear is you demanding to be unrestrained.

Like I said, It's upto the non-police admins with this one because I'll be accused of being biased.. but the standard of roleplay should be a lot better than "3 seconds, 3, 5 seconds", bang bang bang bang bang

As far as a ban its a no. "Technically" rp has been started after the guy was tazed. Just like if a cop starts to chase you in a car rp has "Technically" started. But this whole " you have 3 seconds to drop down and do a back flip or die" is utter shit. This is the sort of shit gangs that are now banned from this server used to use. Its about as imaginative as a lump of wood and has the needed IQ of a kindergarten dropout. We all know this. So a ban no. Is there a need for a increase of rp yes. Was Ben in the wrong i say no. Its "Princess" in the wrong yes. This needs to be improved because my patience is getting thin with rp like this.
