Throwing smokes is fun, but...

..can people PLEASE stop spamming smokes in, for example, Kavala? My FPS is low enough as it is, and it is really destroying the gameplay. Smokes are supposed to be used in tactical situations, or maybe throwing one for distraction or in a roleplayed scenario. But I keep seeing people just throwing smokes everywhere, and sadly, its mostly established players or gangs doing this.

I was told that if smoke grenades are used like this, the offenders should be arrested and charged with vandalism.
