Description of what happened: I just logged on after not being on all day, spawned in agios. planned on getting up to illegal activity so head over to the atm in agios to get some money out for equipment, then end up being knocked out for no reason and then shot and killed as I come back round.
 
The problem is too that server will reset in 15 minutes at 12pm(midnight gmt) with no medics online to revive me which means I'll lose all my gear as well.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Random Deathmatch without RP
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, they aren't listening to me

There is music on in the background but can clearyl hear others within Teamspeak so should be able too if someone spoke in game also.

Thanks for this, Craig. I was actually across the road hidden in a building (watching a different event that was going down), and I was sure I'd heard Thomas Williams (no relation, I hasten to add) doing this to a number of people that night, but I had no opportunity to deal with it at the time, plus my view was blocked. Your evidence is pretty clear cut, and supports what I thought at the time, but couldn't check right then.

There is no attempt to engage verbally before the robbery, and then the murder immediately afterwards is solid RDM. Rule 3B breach. Thomas Williams is henceforth banned. Appeal in the usual place.
