This community has a lot of staff issues.

I had robbed a gentlemen after i robbed him he then jumped into his car and  rammed mine.. I then re-acted by ramming his car Then the admin TAMPAX shows up restrains both of us than bans us both him for fail RP and me for VDM... Really bad judgement with the admin and had failure to understand the situation. With out even thinking he banned us both on the very first offense.  I started recording a converstation between me and another admin on teamspeak 3 and then admin tinybigjacko  banned me from ts3 for -  You were banned permanently from the server by "Ed Williams (TinyBigJacko)" (Abusive behaviour towards admins - TBJ 02/12/2016).... Very sad   

They blocked me from being about to appeal my bans....

1. In terms of being blocked from appealing bans, you aren't, if you could create this post here on the forums, you can appeal by simply submitting an Unban Appeal here on the forums.
   
2. You broke the VDM rule by ramming the person - no matter if he broke the rule first - you still then proceeded to go against our rule set that is clearly displayed while joining the server. Therefore you were removed from the game at the same time as the other person was removed from the game for his rule breaks. The admin clearly knew the situation, you and the other person involved broke the rules, therefore he applied the rules of the server, thus resulting in your ban.
   
3. If you were banned for being abusive towards an admin, it could be because you were in fact abusive towards an admin, or you came across as abusive towards a staff member, again, this will need to be included in the appeal if you choose to submit one.
   
4. We offer zero guarantee of a warning before a ban, most of the time if you break a rule you may not even see the admin before you are banned, in this situation you seemed to get more than many players would if they break our rules. We don't offer warnings or temporary bans, since it is more work for our staff team, as well as it allows trolls and abusive members to return.
   
5. Your tags that you have set seem to be very "entitled", as if we were providing this community and its services as some sort of payed service that people subscribe to, you have no right to have anything from us, claiming that your ban is unjustified and that the admins somehow "abused" you in some way; if you believe this is true, then please provide evidence, yet from you saying that you rammed his car, then the ban is not in-fact unjustified. Secondly, "admin abuse" isn't really a thing - you are on a game server in a virtual world in which the admins can do whatever they want, ban whomever they want or kick whomever they want. You seem to think that there is some sort of 'code of conduct' or a set of 'rules' for all game server admins... which isn't true at all.
   
6. Please submit your 'consumer report' or whatever you want to call it, to be fair we've had extremely high amounts of salt over the last two years, can't wait to see your so called 'exposed' posts on Reddit too. You got banned from an online gaming community, either appeal or move on, simple. I look forwards to your salt posts, we'll see if you can top anyone's posts in our past two years of existence.

I can understand your frustration man, the way I look at it, if someone does something to you don't sink to their level to get revenge. I would simply record the accident, then ask them into teamspeak to resolve the problem. Most people will attempt to resolve the situation in teamspeak, its a plus man nobody gets banned and everyone goes home happy. If they never come in after asking them multiple times etc then you can also file a report. Hope this helps you in the future.

I just want to put a little input towards the staff team/admin statement. I know multiple staff team members as well as member support, and I will tell you that none of them will ever ban you without a solid reason or evidence. This I will guarantee to you, you have to remember that their job is to catch people who don't follow the rules, technically you broke the rule which resulted in your ban, they are all very nice people and wouldn't ban you without a solid reason/evidence

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban

Clearly stated in the rules. So Tampax did everything right

@ThePaPaBEAR - Please don't PM me again regarding this ban. It's a breach of the rules, and you'll only extend your time in the sinbin.

You were banned from TS on the basis of the written conversation you had with Tampax, in which you insulted him, defamed him, and made threats. (Forum admins, see hidden post above - I'm not repeating it in full here because it also contains a link to another community).

If you wish to make an unban appeal, follow the rules and do so in the normal way. You are not entitled to any special treatment here. You are just another rule-breaker who apparently does not know when to stop breaking rules, and you will be treated accordingly until such time as you stop digging your hole.
