Is it allowed with the new life rule if someone killed me and stole me heli and then message me asking for 1mil or they will chop it after I died?

 
Its poor RP...

Soon as they killed you there dialog with you was over...

 
To be honest, that's just pretty scummy and regardless of what the rules are my advice would be the same;

Name and shame them, tell the police. Get us looking for them. 
And perhaps something they should be a little more scared of, seek the assistance of the established gangs who have standards and like to enforce them. My recommendations would be PLF or TI. 

(this is not an insult to other gangs, this is not an endorsement of PLF/TI, this is not a recommendation to meet hostilities with hostilities, read into it what you will.)

Edit: of course whatever you do, do it within the bounds of roleplay, say your brother was killed by X for example. No direct revenge, just let the situation form the motivations of your new character.

I hate people doing that.. Just ignore it or pretend to be stupid. At least don't reply to the demand as that would be breaking NLR yourself... I'm sorry Wilco, I don't agree it's just poor RP, it is breaking NLR, but from their side. I've had it as well, some idiot killed me then started bragging about it in messages.. NLR is NLR. Your killer damn well knows you are dead, still contacts you, thus should be classed as breaking NLR.. But hey that's just my POV =)

I’m pretty sure It was [PLF] Dagre that did it to me I have a video and screenshots on my computer but I'm not home until Wednesday so I can't confirm that.

Only reason I didn't report as it was a fine line between RDM and non RDM, He was trying to steal my heli and asked me to get out I did but the animation takes long so he shot me before I was out and seeing as I wasn't sure if what he was doing was allowed or not I had to pay him to prevent my heli from being chopped :/
