possibly add oil rig heist, bobcat giving more than just cash but making it harder, porch pirating, atm grabbing with chain and truck some sort of underground systeming to make drugs and crim more beneficial instead of literally everyone being a bin man would add some really good rp, possibly add warehouses with vehicle sourcing and stealing ? material sourcing and gathering, just a nice clunk of new stuff to do would be awesome

"Oil Rig Heist" generally have a variety of issues from the locations to playability and how it would fit into the sort of style that RPUK is, Bobcat is setup the way it is to prevent damage to the economy, especially with the way cops are on the server, aggression = force, there's no standard for situations unlike what you're suggesting here, a lot of situations are dynamic.
"Porch pirating" is an interesting one because it's generally a solo activity which most Roleplayers are generally going to be against, then there's the addition of people grinding that "job" 24/7 as well, at least with bin work it forces players to roleplayer with each other in order to grab bin bags, it makes you communicate with your bin "team" so to speak.
ATM Robberies although popular on other servers will also induce a performance hit on those servers because of how things such as the ATM and the rope being networked, imagine someone robbing an ATM at Legion where there are often over 50-100 players in scope - It's a recipe for disaster imo
There is already a method of making various types of drugs, something tells me you're new here and perhaps haven't quite explored the crim world enough as well.
Warehouse work can be done in RP, you just need to find where/who to work for
