Thin out the Rt68 fuel stations

There's 4 fuel stations and 2 shops on this one tiny bit of road in a remote part of the map, I think I've only ever seen traces of activity related to 2 of them in my time on the server my suggestion is to DELETE a few of them as they become inactive in RP. This would reward the ones that are active with more trade rather than have multiple limping along on minimal trade.

To be honest, at the moment I think there's only 1 that's actually NOT out of fuel. With the CoC being so "keen" on god knows what rules they have nowadays, you expect that to be different. But yes, yes. If that's okay. That's about it, thanks.

i'd prefer instead of complaining about it here to inform us(COC) somewhere relevant, as much as we've made certain rules, we don't have eyes everywhere.
