Description of what happened:
As shown in the video below, TheSuspect jumped into the NHS vehicle without being requested to by anyone, he then proceeded to ignore all communication from me, telling him that he should stop the car and get out, he first tried to crash it into a wall (may have just been turning around) then, drove through Kavala full speed and drove purposefully into a building at full speed, luckily not blowing us up, but rather taking out the front wheel and immobilizing us. This can be technically classed as attempted RDM and of course VDM (or attempted VDM, each to his/her own)
Facts:
-TheSuspect jumped into the car without engaging RP beforehand or being told to
-TheSuspect proceeded to steal the car and drive around with me in it
-TheSuspect then attempted to crash the car / turned around
-TheSuspect then sped through Kavala and crashed the car into a building, full speed, on purpose
What Rule Was Broken ?:
3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition:
Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)
3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:
Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)[SIZE=medium]3M) NHS Medic's[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]The NHS Medics are here to help and revive people and have less than 10 slots on the 120 slot server, Therefore so they can RP as medics during the time they are online it is an ban-able offense to kill a medic or take a medic hostage, It is also ban-able to steal a medic's vehicle or helicopter.[/SIZE]
VDM rule - He stole our vehicle and drove it with the intention of crashing it and harming both him and myself.
VDM & RDM & NHS Medics rules-He attempted to kill/harm/RDM/VDM an NHS medic, as well as stealing their vehicle.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
I first checked teamspeak to see if he was online but to no avail, so a few minutes after being pulled out of the vehicle and driven back to kavala, I broadcast a message via side chat in an attempt to get him to come on to teamspeak, however I didn't see a response. I waited around 10-15 minutes for him to come onto teamspeak and join the NHS channels to talk about it, then re-checked teamspeak, but, oncemore, to no avail.
It is now approx an hour later and I have not received a teamspeak message from him, nor has he come onto teamspeak at all as far as I know.

Video of incident below: (just as an added note, there is a brief skip at around 1:05 in, this was when I tabbed out to make sure shadowplay was open which is the recording software I used to capture the incident, I also mentioned my 'GoPro' later on in the video which was also shadowplay. As you can tell, before and after the small skip are still the exact same situation, there is the same people, ect, I can give the raw shadowplay footage if needed to prove this)
