Description of what happened:Was processing my weed, my internet "lagged" for 10 secs, i then put my weed back in my hemmt i was then shot and killed without any form i then contacted him and got him on ts3.
Now i thought in the 10 secs he could of said something so i tried to talk to him in-game via the text message system, 2 times.
I got him on ts3 in the end he said sorry and i felt bad for him due to he was saying how he only had 10k etc etc 0 trucks etc, so i told him to go talk to the mentors so he can be told the rules etc, Now i was not going to report him but due to him "scamming" the mentor for money and lying to me.
EDIT: Said he only had 10k and 0 trucks Turns out he had 2 trucks and 150k before Sam gave him any money.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:Yes, i spoke to him on ts3 he then spoke to a mentor who he then lied to after lying to me.
