Time & Date this happened: Around 6:30pm - 22/04/2015

Description of what happened: He was causing a scene and was being abusive towards me. He was given the chance to apologise but refused to on multiple occasions which ended in him receiving a bullet to the head. Three and a half minutes later he comes running down the road again hurling more abuse towards me and telling the Police that he had been shot dead.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 5A and 5D
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, I told him three times in direct text chat (as the server was lagging pretty hard) that he was breaking NLR and to leave the area. He did not respond and did not take the advice.
