I upgraded to an intel i5 4690k and even with that i have an always consistent 40+ FPS, even in kavala, mid restart. Also ive only got a GTX 760 so the GPU really doesn't matter what so ever.

No, I don't. Should probably look into that, didn't think it would make too much of a difference.

Once I installed the game onto my SSD I got a massive improvement. Would highly recommend it.

That's a lot better, I've got a i7 4770k myself, and BTW that was my stop there, we did a two car TPAC and he mounted the wall
