So i bought this house awhile ago and it has been very useful for me as it has been used to sell about 5 mil worth of drugs, im just lazy so i dont use it to its full potential so thats why im selling it, i want to sell it to someone who actually needs it so they can make money like i should of used it for more often, this house it really perfect! it has a nice alley way at the back so you can easily just park your truck and no one will see you, because of the tight space it makes perfect Cover for your truck if you park it in the alley way so no cops can see you sticking out like a sore thumb and niether can rebels, this house is 990m away from the drug dealer so its a perfect distance to quickly sell after a restart, the house can hold 2 crates which gives you a total of 1400 trunk space which can hold around 3 tempests worth of weed! nice! looking to sell it since ive reached my limit on house and no longer need it also has a nice lovely bench outside which you can sit and relax and smoke your dank weed that you just stored!.....here are a few screenshots...also forgot to mention its located in Neri, screenshots below:

i have the exact coordinates and a picture of the house on the map just for protecting the exact location of the house but it wont even be that hard to find the house since its one of a kind, if you want to remain anonymous on the bids i understand and i will update the current bid myself, hoping to have this house sold for 10pm tonight but if no bids then i may keep it up for an extra 24 hours, also i know people like to make silly bids for fun but lets keep this formal bois ehh? none of that ill give you a 1000 apples cash only please even when i like a laugh!

Also note once i sell the house for you to buy it will cost you £1,050,000 so if you bid 500k and win it the total cost is £1,550,000. just incase you didnt know this!

Update: 50k bids at a time so no 551k 552k..... bidding like 1k at a time, if you want to bid, then do 50k more than previous bid.

what could you possibly be talking about? all i see is two guys bidding for a really useful house and one guy is winning the bid and the other is getting his ass beat! ;)
