The nightclub

Ive seen a video where a hobo started playing music while inside the nightclub, I believe there were an admin present who kinda liked the music and let it continue. Is it allowed to play music while inside the nightclub or do you need to contact an admin before doing so?

You can do it in the club or in on the stadium(thing on basketbalcourt) as long as it isn't used in a 'trolly' way then most people are fine with it.
