Sorry if I am blind, but is the law written anywhere where normal civs can view it?

Also is there a list of shortcuts anywhere (like Shift J and 1 to dance), I know most, but itd be nice to have a full list, especially to show the new ppl

what other shortcuts you looking for..

shift + P put in earplugs.

right ctrl + M puts your gps up.

ctrl and right mouse button changes the scope on your weapon.

F changes rate of fire.

Ctrl and W/S adjusts your stance. 

W+S lets you walk/jog.

Shift and Q/E lets you spin.

double tapping alt gives you free camera.

If you're really worried about it, Google or /know/ British common law. Our laws are based much on those in terms of penalty and what officers can and cannot do. I'd give you a link but I'm on my mobile.
