So, Karrie Kalashnikov (Kazza) and I decided to start fundraising for the HAA (Hobo of Altis Associatiion), we used complimentary hats upon donations as an incentive for people to donate. The officers of the Altis Police Department were very generous and were all kitted out with our sexy hats.
