Hey! How's it goin?
We're fast approaching the festive period and I wanted to take the time to welcome in our new Staff members, talk a little more about the direction that we're looking to go with our team of volunteer staff members and get you ready for the festivities!
I'm really happy to announce that @Ellie-Mae King , @Mason Edge , @Trusdale , @__saiint__ , @Anthony Jolly , @David Cooper & @Leroy C have now been inducted into our staff team, they all performed incredibly well through our recruitment process and we're certain that they'll be a massively positive addition to our team. Please give them a warm welcome below!
The keen eyed among you will have noticed the new "Level 5" position that we've created in order to help assist with some of the more sensitive enquiries and internal tickets that previously were being monitored by the Staff Leads, @Danoo has risen to the challenge and is already doing a fantastic job at taking on some of that burden. We've made the decision to offload these enquiries to a new staffing level so that us leads can focus more on continuously improving and training the staff, ensuring that those within our team are at the appropriate level and constantly seeking to ensure we've got the best tools available to us so that we can continue to ensure that the work that the team do, is top notch!
December as always has seen the arrival of the yearly blizzard to the city streets of Los Santos so we recommend strapping on your snow tyres before you hit the road! With a whole host of other updates and events already set for deployment this month and into the first quarter of 2025, strap in, there's a lot to be excited about!
