so what is classed as shit RP? How do i actually "resolve this in QE" because its clear its not going to change or they wouldn't do it every time a cop is taken

If you believe its "shit RP"/rules have been broken and don't believe QE will solve the issue (due to repeatedly bad RP from the same individuals or blatant rule breaks) then the obvious answer is to put up a report.

Like Delaney said if a rule has been broken but my 2 cents into this.

People will obviously kidnap cops its going to happen no matter what but the taking off the officer isn't always going to be the main rp point basically what the crims have to pull off is a co-ordinated surprise attack where they catch you off guard managed to get you in the car in zip and out the area before other units turn up or if they do get spotted loose the other units then thats when their intentions should be shown

by all means if they nab you take you loot you then dump you report it but in your case from what I read the crim weren't successful in pulling off this stunt and where caught because of it therefore you get to do the cell rp and provide them good rp

Ive been on both sides of this taking cops and being taken as a cop and 9/10 the hostage takers will provide really good rp for a good reason they have with rp but you just gotta trust the process and go along with it and provide the best rp you can to them if that is acting scared or playing the big man its up to you how it goes

If its a seriously recurring issue that you are unable to resolve in QE I would probably just report them for common sense. It doesn't make sense for pockets of people to continually push the interior of police stations especially those that do it on a repeated basis.
