Believe you need bolt cutters, and a industrial codebreaker.

you need bolt cutters (7.5k), and a industrial codebreaker (35k). once you have gotten all of that you can use the codebreaker on the doors inside the building until you find the room with the money. Once you find the right room you will find some shelevs with money and from there you start pressing windows key on all the money and start bagging it. After you have gotten all the money (Not alot about 1 mil) you take it to the money laundering and then you're done.
