Who are we?

The NHS is made up of hundreds of well trained, high quality Medics whom work day and night to ensure those that need medical care receive it. Working long hours on fairly low wages, our Medics are still some of the happiest workers on the island of Altis, knowing that they are in a safe and secure job environment, where they cannot be harmed, and are warmly welcomed by others.

As like any large organisation, we have a few rules and regulations to be followed whilst on duty as an NHS Medic, however we do have some activities for Medics to participate in when off duty. We have our own lounge for off duty Medics to relax in with their friends, and each week after the Weekly NHS Meeting, we have a games night for all Medics to participate in and have a relaxed evening playing games with the other members.

Why should I join the NHS?

Joining the NHS can offer you a whole new career style that we promise you will not have experienced before. Becoming a Medic, you will meet people you have never encountered before, you will make plenty of new friends, and we can promise you’ll never look back!

In the NHS, we strive to offer our staff the most benefits as possible, and the least restrictions as possible. Some of the benefits of joining the NHS are listed below;

Features of the NHS

You’ll make lots of new friends, and you’ll meet lots of new people you’ve probably never met before.

The money isn’t too bad, you receive £7500 per revive.

We have a whole range of vehicles, meaning that you can fly helicopters, drive fast cars and drive truck boxers at absolutely no cost.

You have the satisfaction of knowing that you save the lives of many every day.

You’ll learn some great roleplaying, organisational and communication skills.

We’ll train you up from scratch, to ensure that you’ll have the best career possible with the NHS - we’ll even let you patrol with others to pick up some new key skills and experience.

We have a lot of friendly employees who are always happy to answer your questions.

How to join the NHS

Joining the NHS isn’t as hard as you may think. We have quite a simple entry process however you do have to be quite patient as we’re not robots and we can’t work all day.

Firstly, you will need to apply by clicking here. Ensure that your application is as detailed as possible and meets our quality standards - after submitting your application, a member of our application team completely made up of volunteers will respond to you via personal message giving the result of your application. Don’t worry if you get declined, you can re-apply within, or after the given time-frame shown in your application response.

If you pass the application stage, you’ll be invited to an NHS interview. Passing this interview, you’ll be welcomed into the NHS and will begin your field training - this means that you’ll be allowed to go out on patrol with other NHS Medics to gain some experience, learn the job and be taught some useful skills. After we believe you’re experienced enough and you’ll be able to go out on your own, you’ll receive your first promotion to First Aider, and with this you’ll get a few more vehicles, a nice shiny badge, and you’ll be able to patrol without supervision!

So, if you think a career with the NHS is for you, apply here today and it could be the start of a whole new life for you and your family! If you have any questions, feel free to contact any of our current medics and we’re certain they’ll be happy to help.

@JamzDoes this want pinning? Seems like it might be useful information for new recruits! Or at the very least pinning somewhere else appropriate :)
