Description of what happened:
Multiple breach of rules in sidechat, offensive language, refusing to come on ts to resolve and threathen to report. Also VDm, but unsure if @blaze1981 or @Jon Montana got that on shadowplay. Also when my brother Percival asked them, when they robbed us, what they would do to the truck they said in voice; You are breaking rules and breaking RP. But again, no evidence. 
Later we followed them to get the truck back and they VDM'ed Blaze.

Can provide video of the VDM at the chop shop including footage of where we kill That_Ryan_Guy at which point he instantly goes on side to claim RDM.
