I didn't list that exactly for the discretion of whoever buys the house, if bought that is. 

It is my first time actually selling a house so I don't know the best way around this.

ok its just people would like to know if its good house location and worth spending money on for runs ect and is not far to travel to go to the house

I would say it is only a good house for storing gear and would definitely be a heli trip to collect and store gear. I do know people wanted this house in the past and I luckily got a hold of it first. I could add the exact location but then people would probably metagame it and rob it etc.

Hmmm, it is a low price since people have bought it for 7 million in the past, but everyone knows where it is so it gets raided 24/7

I have never had it robbed and I've owned it for 6 months
