Me and my boys wanted to do a Bank Robbery, we had everything planned, and the mission started... but NOP! 

It was already open... so we just spent 3 min collecting 100 gold bars...

Yeah thanks guys, 2.2mil each! (5 of us) easiest bank job ever. And had some fun with the cops.

I am not guilty as I was not part of the bank job, I think this is happening too often though.

We need to start paying more attention, 

I think it is when there is not many cops attending so they all die and forget when the NLR is up to go and clean up.

Exactly this. Its also mayhem on ts, when someone says "shut the bank", it needs to be followed by a name and a confirmation. Instead of just "shut the bank someone" and everyone races off to the check point
