Thankyou to all of those who were a part of the Storm Evacuation Event! Everyone had a brilliant time. The RP was great and truly tested the soldiers' ability to co ordinate and communicate and gave the civs an opportunity to experience the biggest natural disaster to our lands. All civilians were successfully evacuated to the waiting choppers. Unfortunately water got into the engine of the huron causing it to ditch into the sea. Thankfully the NHS coast guard were quick to respond and came to our aid.

The flood has since been contained. Sadly a lone civilian died attempting his own evacuation in an Orca, which crash landed in Molos town centre.

Big thank you to @Vladic Ka @Ciaranand @Khandamir. The work they put into this event was brilliant, and they managed to bring us a large storm to the island with terrifying lightning. The panic this caused was amazing. When the 2 hiccups occurred they very quickly resolved them allowing the roleplay to continue with the evacuation phase. Thankyou as well to @CMO Joel Denningand the NHS team who were on standby to assist with injuries.

Thank you to all the civilians who volunteered their to make this possible and the UNMC soldiers who evacuated them.

Hope to run something similar in the future!

Roleplay is always going to be given our highest priority here. I would like to thank you for organising this event and I hope to see more of the likes in the future.

Well done on the event seems to have went fantastic. I love when server events take place it brings the community together for role play instead of gunfights. Wish I was home so I could of been apart of it. Keep it up hope to see another event soon!

 
Really enjoyed it and had a lot of fun with you guys, sadly most of the people who died in the Huron crash bugged out so I was only able to revive a single person :( I do hope as well for some more server events who are so well carried out like this one!!
