So to start of this post lets discuss about why I am no longer part of 'Altis airlines'
I will skip the backstory as I don't think this would be needed. Lets get to the part of when me and Norman became operations manager. We both made the decision to become operations manager because the other lead had to step down due to other reasons. So this means that we both have 50% ownership of Altis Airlines, apparently that changed. For some odd reason Norman can make the decision to remove and @Neoapproved of this. I received no warning that I was removed. So I came in the team speak to find that my room was labelled vacant. Norman had the rights to remove me even though I had 50% ownership of altis airlines. When it came to speaking to Neo, he didn't give shit. He said Norman made the decision to remove you so I would have to speak to Norman. Currently 2 people are CSI's in the police, so what one of the CSI's can now do is remove the other because why not.
The reason for removing me was because I was inactive. This is totally bullshit. When it came to do anything within AA I got no opportunity to actually put anything out there. The main reason why Is, because Norman never listened to anything that I said. This because the same when ever he did something, he never contacted me one bit to do anything within AA. Most of the stuff Norman has ownership too he hasn't made it him self. Most of the database comes from people within the NHS. When it came to anything all Norman did was get other people to do things for him.
lets get onto the subject of how management have treated us. Management have treated us like shit, we have been the lost child within the server. They have not once cared about what goes on within AA. In fact whenever we want something doing it usually takes them 3 weeks to implement it or even longer. It took us 2 months to get some team speak tags. Giving us new team speak tags takes 10 minutes and they couldn't even be bothered to do that. When we was named BA. We was forced to change the name because they wanted to remove all copyright material. This was fair, but then the way they treated Norman was unacceptable. If I wasn't removed from slack I would be able to find some chat logs.
Now we will move on to the subject of my Team speak ban. I joined my VACANT room because I felt like it was bullshit being removed. I sat in there and some people messaged me asking if I left ba. I said for them to join the room and I would explain it there. One of my friends join who I was playing csgo with, we was all talking. Then Sam joins in. He said "who do I need to ban" My friend was shouting in the background, I then get moved for no reason. I moved back into the channel then get banned instantly. There was no warning, no nothing. This was totally unacceptable by Sam.
Then while I'm arguing with Neo about BA. He brings up that I played on a different server, where apparently they all like be-headings. How would this reflect on my behaviour? The fact that I play on a different server has nothing to do with you. It is my account I'm allowed to play different servers.
@DcertI wish you luck with AA. You have been a good part of AA hope to see you go far. It's been nice speaking to you.
