Description of what happened:
I was patrolling with a CSO and we got a call saying that there was a armed man with an assault rife in front of
the mayors office. So we went and took a look to find out it was in fact HatchingDragon so in RP he had the gun on his back so we RP and basically he gave me the gun to inspect once I was done I put the weapon on the ground but hatchingDragon did not pick it up fast enough and Th3unknown picked it up. then he proceeds to kill around 5 people including me as you can see he does get restrained by my CSO but kills him while restrained.
As clear in the video you can see he was on the ground because he was knocked out but gets back up
What Rule Was Broken ?:
RDM and restraint glitching
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
