Texts?!

I've always been confused by this, hence why I tend not to use them very much. Are texts in or out of RP? I've had people text me before out of RP, but I've also had people ask me how I got their number when I've text someone, so it's kinda confusing.

if people use the ingame text's they should make it clear that their text is out of roleplay.

When i'm trying to contact a player via the phone system, for example they pretty much RDM'd me rather than send it out to about 90 players on side chat  i do (OOC) (enter message here), OOC= Out Of Character

Using "//(message)" also works, I find.
