Quick description of what happened: Around 3am I went to the gerage and pulled out my tempest, it spawned on the gerage NPC and killed me since I was standing right beside the NPC when it spawned. While I awaited respawn I saw two hobos get in my tempest and drive off a little later I got a police report saying my tempest was scrapped. I beg you that was all my money towards that gear and tempest! Please!
