Tempest [Device] (Denied)

So I just retrieved my tempest device and was teaching a few friends how to play the game, all of a sudden a hunter with 4 cops pulled up to me. Told me to step out of the vehicle then arrested me and scrapped my Tempest Device. 

They told me I was wanted for drug trafficing and breaking into houses. They also said that the car was full of contraband. By then I disconnected due to the fact that I just could not believe how much the cops were breaking rp and lying

Firstly the breaking into houses warrant was correct from my previous playtime however the rest is bullshit. Since the last time I was caugh for drug trafficing I have not done drug runs so I don't see how on earth I would've gotten it. Secondly they said that my car was full of drugs which was a) impossible since it was just retrieved, b ) It means that they just went up and searched it without even asking or talking to me (which is against the rules). And they also arrested me knowing exactly who I am, this is impossible from roleplay means as I that was literally the first time they saw me, they had not asked who I am or anything like that, they just arrested me then scrapped my car not explaining why untill I was in the car shouting at them to explain themselves.

I want my Tempest [Device] back and get a damned good explenation as to why these cops were not folloing rp one tiny bit.

Also bit plain, we didn't just pull up and arrest you, the car owner was on the wanted list so we drove up from a previous mission and told you to get out. We proceeded from then on and searched the vehicle and it had drugs in.
