Temp Rules misunderstanding

Hello people of Altis.

I would just like to ask for clarification on a matter. I'm sorry if it is long winded but I want to get all information in on what happened. I posted a report against a player for robbing me in the green zone of the garage. I posted footage of the incident but the report is now locked awaiting action and 

Sovereign posted about me being subject to violation of drug teleportation rule. If I have misunderstood the rule I am truly sorry and wish to apologise if I did. I did not store the vehicle in my garage at another location and spawn it at Kavala to save myself from being robbed or arrested. I completed the whole journey driving and only stored it as the drug dealer area was not safe at that time. I pulled the vehicle out in the same spot I had put it and had no intention to teleport across the map.

So on the 17th I came online at the 8am server restart and thought I would try my first cocaine run as the server was quiet. I got my Tempest out the garage at Kavala and drove North to the Cocaine fields. I loaded it up and turned around to drive South to the Cocaine processing plant. On the way out I saw 2 other trucks on there way to the cocaine field so I was glad that I had loaded up before they got there. I am not the best in firefights and was on my own. I got to the Cocaine processing plant and saw that I needed £100,000 for the licence. I checked on the map and saw a cashpoint in Zaros just south of the processor. I headed there in my truck, grabbed the cash out the ATM and drove back to the processor. Parked the truck and started to process the goods. As I got to my last load a small box truck arrived and as usual I decided to move away from the confrontation and drove my truck up the hill a little. I stopped and the guy got out, he had no pistol and no big weapon and was looking at me so I decided to go back and say hi(I cant remember his name). We exchanged a few words and he continued to process his load and I did the same with my last load. I finished up and told him to stay safe on his journeys as I usually do when I leave someone and started the drive back to Kavala. I got to Kavala and did a few drive pasts of the drug dealer and on the second passing saw police and a few civs around the area so decided against it and drove to the town centre and then onto the garage so I could check the area again but not in a big tempest. I went back and after a while it died down at that location so I went back to the garage and got the Tempest out. This is from when my footage I reported a player from started as I had forgotten to record when I first came on as had just got up and was not thinking.

As I say if I have misunderstood the rule I am honestly sorry and really did not mean to violate any rules  while playing on this server. I just put the truck back until it was safe. If this is still part of that rule it will never happen again. The people that play with me know that I don't like breaking rules and did actually read the rules many times when I first started on this server. I just wanted to get this across and hope admins understand.

This sounds a bit vague. If I read it correctly you drove past the drug dealer saw some cops and civs then stored your Tempest and brought out another vehicle to scout the location. This would not be teleporting,but it falls halfway to combat storing. i say halfway,because nobody was actually following you. It still shouldn't have been done as it puts the drugs in the Tempest in a definite form of safety by storing it and intending to sell it when the risk was gone or lower.

I would recommend when in such a case park it far away and go back and forth on foot like people used to do in the old days. There is also the other drug dealer in the UNMC territory,but that should be decided before you go to Kavala due to the sheer amount of time it would take.

If you promise not to store a vehicle filled with any resource I will move it to the action taken section(I'm handling it here.) as while I do believe you did wrong I do not feel it was severe enough to warrant a ban. 

Additionally if server restart is approaching and you know you cannot make it to a drug dealer store the vehicle before the restart in a spawn town(Obviously not Kavala.) then when the server restarts and you spawn back in take it out at the same garage. It avoids drug teleportation violation as it is the same location you were at and a server restart is unavoidable.

I completely understand and will not store a vehicle with resources in it unless I don't have time to get to the selling point before restart. I will always get it out of the same garage I put it in. I am sorry I misunderstood the rule that was violated and it will not happen again.
