Teleporting HEMMTS and selling drugs in Kavala (Rejected - Reason given)

Description of what happened:
I watched The Shadow and Bellyke pull a HEMMT out of Kavala garage, then drove down to the drug dealer and sold their drugs. You can see in the video it only restarted 8 mins ago, fairly impossible to do a drug run of course.

I was with them at the time and they was at cocaine processing on there way to Kavala.

If server restarts you have to pull the cars out at the nearest garage, in this case it was Kavala if he pulled it out in Paros then he would be teleporting hemmits but because he pulled it out in the closet town like people should do this shouldn't be bannable.

If you have proof of where the truck was stored then yes this would be something that should be posted on, but just because hes in kavala after server restarted to sell his drugs doesn't mean he is teleporting drugs, I mean I store my trucks in kavala just before server restarts because I wont have time to sync and I could just loose all the money from that drug run.

Pvt. Bellyke [uNMC] was on his way to the drug dealer in kavala from cocain processing when the server restarted, unfortunately my game crashed at the processor.

like cow said you need to get your vehicle out at the closest garage and because Bellyke was close to kavala when it restarted i spawned it there and sold it.

Now, if you have a problem with anything im doing come to me on teamspeak and we can resolve it.. Don't be a little bitch and report me without even trying to contact me on teamspeak and letting me explain to you what happened.

I'd like to remind you that you've been warned previously about your trolling and provocative posts. You're contradicting yourself entirely here by suggestion PLF are spreading hate, while spreading hate. Well done. 

I'd also like to remind everyone else that temporary forum bans will be issued unless any evidence is provided with the post. Anything not relating to the report itself, any bitching or any 'I saw this person doing this previously' will result in the post being deleted - this goes for UNMC, PLF or anyone else.

Shadow can be very vocial that's him and that's who he is and if you have ever spoke to you will understand that he has been here along time and im sure if you jumped in his room he would of explained the situation.

I have banned people for this before there was evidence there that they was doing this mutiple times,This is the first reported event that Shadow and Bellyeke have been reported for doing this.

Its getting to a stage now where i am going to come up with a solution and the only one i have in my head currently is moving vehicle item persistence which would be a massive shame.

Rejecting this report but noting it on the Wilco Watchlist ....if i see the people reported actively abusing the restart then bans will be issued.
