it appears that when ever I try to join teamspeak now I have been accepted into the police it tells me:


This IP/DOMAIN is not assigned on our server!


This IP/Domain/Subdomain was not mapped to an application on our server. Visit AltisLife.co.uk for our main site.

Odd. Can you Try: ts.roleplay.co.uk  and see if that makes a difference?

@Scout gaming159ts3.altislife.co.uk try and connect to this IP, its the one I use myself and it works fine, never had an issue with it.

And you get this message every time you attempt to connect to the teamspeak?

EDIT: Just found out what you've done wrong... your entering the IP into your search bar... 

You need to download teamspeak here

then enter the servers IP under connections and connect to it.

If you receive an error message regarding your security level you need to go to:

Settings>Identities

Once here select your identity and then in the bottom right of this you should see this:

Click improve, select desired level... 28 and click start.

It should take between 5 to 10 minutes.

After this is done reconnect to the teamspeak server through connections and you should be good to go.

finally got it just logged into ts and typed in the address it then made my security something better and I'm now in ts thanks for the help!
