Teamspeak issues

I have this problem with my Teamspeak where if I am online on Teamspeak for like 30 mins and try to send a message by typing it comes up with these popups like if I press B it would open up the bookmarks tab how do i resolve this annoying issue

Go to tools> options > hotkeys and check if you have any current hotkeys set up to specific actions!

Sounds like you're pressing CTRL Instead of shift to me. I know CTRL B is a bookmark shortcut.

Maybe his PC has the wrong keyboard layout assigned?
