Teamspeak avatar

This is probably a question that has been answered a hundred times already (I can't seem to find any topics on it on the forums tho), but why am I not able to set an avatar on my Teamspeak profile?

Need donator tag afaik

Any permissions higher then guest will let you set it. (Donator, police, medic)

You need a teamspeak secuirty level equal to/higher than 28. Go to settings>teamspeak identity> security> set to 28+
