In the new update of Teamspeak 3 there is an exploit when you send a message or poke someone you are able to crash their client via spamming or sending things. I've seen Management take care of it which is a help and hats off to them. So far some friends I have that are into exploits told me about it and said the best way to fix it was to downgrade my client to a previous version which so far has helped alot. I think for now I'm just not going to update as I feel like the version I'm on has no problems and looks the exact same as the updated versions. Now I'm not saying that everyone needs to downgrade but I would recommended it because the chance of someone finding something else to take to advantage of is quite high in upcoming updates. I think it was around 2014 the exact same thing happened with someone finding how to crash clients from private message which is fixed. So all im going to say is find a version where no one has found anything and just use that. Now downgrading is a little scary because you don't know if the one you get is filled with a virus, if you want the place I got it from then just ask and I will give it to you.
