Team-speak 3 Ban (Unbanned 17/01/2015)

Basically let me put this straight I was trying to get hold of Steven Arnott because the community he was in went to pieces so he couldn't see my messages so I had to message the one person in the channel to tell Steven that the community his in [Wasn't named] - Didn't want to advertise it but I said can you get him to join team-speak and mute his current one since he was police and was on duty so I got banned for trying to tell someone something but he thought I was advertising when I was trying to get hold of Steven Arnott about the other community I didn't say anything about the other community I just said can you please notify Steven that his community has been "Wrecked".

In no way should the player of reported me for "advertising" when I told him to tell Steven for this out of character issue.

Many of my other friends notified Steven but he was appearing offline in steam and I do not have his IRL phone number.

I'll place the reason i banned him on this, The Gentleman in question Messaged both Steven Arnet and a Couple of Other people With the IP of a new TS, This was brought to my attention immediately and I issued the ban, Under rules mentioned below, He has mentioned some things over personal message,

Sorry about that you banned me on ts because of advertising but i was actually trying to get hold of swiper / steven because the community is in his senior admin has currently gone to pieces so i was trying to talk to him.

But yeah sorry it appeared to be wrong may i be unbanned on ts3 please, and for proof if you want ill send you the post. 
I wasnt trying to advertise just trying to contact swiper / steven / jordan since i know him from else where.

Also the actual problem was that I really needed Steven because the community his admin on went down hill and everyone started making hate threads so I was trying to inform him, may you unban me please?

Yeah I only messaged one guy other than Steven to get his attention, at this time I  was under pressure to tell Steven that the community his in went to shreds but he didn't know, He did appear offline on steam which led to me not being able to contact him.

I was not trying to get the other user involved but he was the only one in Stevens channel.

Because He was appearing offline and no one could get hold of him, so they requested me to.

No course its not okay, I was trying to get Stevens attention as he could comment but I still can't get hold of him, I wasn't intending on breaking the rules in the first place just to try and get hold of steve.

Do not type TS IP's of any other communities into messages on our TS. We class this as advertising.
