[TBP] Johnny Smith. Using Teleport

Description of what happened: Me and my fellow student and first aider were on duty reviving this guy. We then asked if he wanted a lift as he was stranded and he said he was going to use his magic powder to teleport.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3I) Teleporting
 
Once you have spawned in you are unable to respawn unless you have been killed or stuck in a position due to a bug (please take screenshots), For example you cannot respawn to get to another location quicker - Punishment is a ban
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I told him in game that its against the rules in the chat but he didn't listen and he admitted to it in teamspeak with a mentor.

I was on ts with johnny and I over heard his mum call him and he said hed brb to me! he was gunna stay there and be AFK but I actually told him to log off! he then came back online once he done whatever he was doing for his mum im only posting as I was a witness.
