As stated usually you press F6 to start a taxi job.
If you press F6 now the menu does not seem to be there anymore
I tried to clock out and in and that doesn't seem to have solve anything
Edit: Ok it seem that if you press F6 just as the character opens the taxi door and before it finishes the animation to get in the driver seat the gang menu shows but the taxi menu disappears. Relogging fixes this
